I design this 16 inch necklace as a true choker, resting just at the base of the neck. Along the strand, I mix natural green freshwater pearls with smooth jade beads in varying sizes, adding white pearls in warm brass settings and pieces of green beach glass. The result is richly textural - glossy, matte, translucent, and lustrous elements playing together in a single rhythm.
The closure is intentionally beautiful so you can wear it in more than one way. Fasten it at the back for a classic, pearl-and-jade collar that frames your collarbones. Or turn the clasp to the front and let the charms and details hang down like a tiny pendant, giving the piece a more bohemian, talismanic feel.
